Requirement- International Voice Process
Mode- Full time hire
Location- Hi tech city
Experience- 0 to 5 Yrs into customer service representative.
Budget- 2.5 LPA- 5 LPA ( Depending upon last drawn)
Qualification for freshers: Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ post Graduate
Mode of work: Work from office
Roles & responsibilities:
1. Excellent communication skills are a basic requirement.
2. The candidate would be processing sensitive information, so it is imperative that they are focused, have attention to detail and patient to be on long hold time.
3. An ideal candidate would be good at multitasking, have good logical ability and work under extreme pressure & time constraints.
4. Flexible to work in a Rotational shift.
