Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team for m.o.h.

The primary responsibility of the Telesales Executive will be to contact potential leads introduce them to the m.o.h platform and schedule appointments with the manager for further discussions and deal closures. Additionally the Telesales Executive will be responsible for maintaining regular followups and providing assistance to leads with any inquiries regarding the product.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead Nurturing:


Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in the m.o.h platform.

Utilize various lead sources and databases to identify and reach out to potential clients.

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.


2. Product Presentation:


Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the m.o.h platform to potential customers.

Customize product presentations based on the specific needs and requirements of the leads.

Address any questions or concerns the leads may have and provide relevant information to enhance their understanding of the product.


3. Appointment Setting:


Schedule appointments with the manager for qualified leads interested in further discussions and deal closure.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads from the initial contact to the managerial level.


4. Followup and Assistance:


Conduct regular followups with leads to gauge their level of interest and address any concerns they may have.

Provide timely and effective assistance to leads in resolving productrelated queries or issues.

Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.


5. Sales Reporting:


Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation call outcomes and appointment conversions.

Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to enhance overall sales strategies.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role preferably in the service industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.

4. Ability to understand and effectively articulate the features and benefits of the product.

5. Goaloriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and deadlines.

6. Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

7. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
