We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our fintech team in Bangalore. As a Technical Writer, you will create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, API documentation, and other materials for our fintech products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure accurate and clear documentation that complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and proofread technical documents, user guides, API documentation, and release notes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.

Organize complex information into concise and user-friendly documentation.

Update and maintain documentation to reflect product updates and regulatory changes.

Incorporate user feedback to improve documentation quality and user experience.

Stay updated on fintech industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Finance, or related field.

1-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer in the fintech industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in documentation tools and content management systems.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Ability to grasp technical and financial concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
