Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for various positions within our organization. This is a junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using various recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen and assess candidates effectively.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, social media, professional networks).
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Create job postings and manage job advertisements on various platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and procedures.
