Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an NPD (New Product Development) Engineer at Rucha Engineers P Ltd located in Aurangabad. The NPD Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing new products, improving existing products, and managing the product development process from concept to launch. They will work closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and production, to ensure that products are launched successfully and meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge in product design and development
- Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
- Experience in project management and product launch
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience with regulatory compliance and testing is a plus
