Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for generating leads and assisting in executing marketing campaigns for Ileseum Clubs. This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The Marketing Coordinator will also work closely with the Marketing Manager and other Marketing team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate engagement and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (BBA, MBA)
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and analytical skills
• Experience in event planning and execution is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics
• Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus
• Experience with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms such as WordPress is a plus
