Roles and Responsibilities Able to understand & coordinate the interior drawings & designs – Layout of civil & MEP for GFCs / Working Drawings. Able to prepare BOQs, check contractor’s bills, material reconciliation, BBS. Able to prepare Work schedule, procurement timelines for manpower & material. Able to check quality and sourcing of Materials, DPR preparation, reporting progress & issues to line manager. Able to co-ordinate with architects, site supervisors & contractors. Should be punctual, honest & have two-wheeler. Desired Candidate Profile, A professional with a background in interior & fit-out works for Restaurant, Residential and Commercial Projects. Diploma/ B.E. with work experience of at least
