Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their energy requirements and delivering customized solar solutions.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop detailed and competitive proposals for Rooftop and Ground-mounted solar projects.
- Stay updated on local and regional solar policies to ensure adherence and capitalize on opportunities.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of conducting follow up with the client and cultivating positive relations with them
- Proficient in generating referral business.

Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success and experience in business development within the solar energy industry, specifically in ground-mounted projects. This includes a history of securing contracts, partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ground-mounted solar systems, project development, and relevant industry standards. Understanding of solar technologies, installation processes, and regulatory requirements is essential.
- Client Focus: Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, preferences, and challenges in the solar energy market. Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies to identify new opportunities, expand market reach, and drive business growth. Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting is beneficial.Â
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively conveying complex technical information, negotiating contracts, and presenting proposals to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Â
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams is advantageous.Â
