Job description
Kido is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR team in creating a nurturing environment for the employees of this global education management company. Kido specializes in operating innovative nurseries and preschools in the UK, USA and India--with a focus on combining learning with 21st century technology. The HR Executive will be responsible for driving a positive culture and ensuring that Kido is equipped with the most motivated and committed team of professionals who help to execute the company's vision.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and programs
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of HR including recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management and employee engagement
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the organization and foster a welcoming and safe working environment
- Manage and maintain employee files and all HR documentation
- Conduct and coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance skills and personal growth
- Stay up-to-date with legal changes and new regulations in HR policy and advise the HR Manager on recommended actions
- Ensure that Kido complies with all laws, regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 years experience in HR management, preferably in an education or childcare setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
