Job description
- Primarily responsible for Projects Delivery & Management within Time, Budget and Quality Standards defined by Company. Should have performed Technical hands-on in past.
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and timely delivery of Solution with Quality Standards & Budget.
- Perform effective project management & technical leadership role. Responsible to create project plan, project schedule, track the plan till complete delivery.
- Monitor technology trends such as emerging standards for new technology opportunities
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- To estimate and plan projects from start to end, with built in contingencies.
- Develop a detailed project plan / schedule to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Work closely with customer to understand the business requirement for the project, develop effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Perform the quality assurance in the project
- Directly supervise the project team allocated, Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in managing and executing GIS, LiDAR and other Geospatial related projects for local as well as International clients
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and
efficiently.
Flexible during times of change.
Sound Project Management & Technical Skills
Total Experience between 6 to 10 years out of which a minimum of
3-5 years as Project Manager/Leader
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Education: BE/BTech/MSc- GIS required.
Experience with working in GIS domain
Mandatory Skills:GIS/LiDAR/ Highway Asset management
Qualification/Experience:
- Must any Engineering background or Post Graduated from (GIS background)
- Must have minimum 6-10 years of amazing experience
