Job Description : Google Workspace Admin (L3 Support)Experience : 5+ Years (Relevant 5+ years)Location : Bangalore (WFO)Shift : Rotational ShiftJob Description :We are seeking a skilled Google Workspace Administrator to join our team and manage our Google Workspace environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Workspace applications and services, along with strong technical skills to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration across the organization.Key Responsibilities :Manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions within Google Workspace.Configure and customize Google Workspace settings to align with organizational requirements.Monitor and maintain system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.Implement security best practices to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.Administer Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and other collaboration tools to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.Integrate Google Workspace with other systems and applications to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.Provide training and support to users, conduct workshops, and develop documentation.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in administering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) in a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of Google Workspace applications and services.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :Google Workspace certification (e.g., Google Certified Administrator).Experience with cloud identity and access management solutions.Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management practices.Understanding of enterprise collaboration tools and platforms.Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and administration.
