Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Hyderabad. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Process COS and revenue accruals;
- Responsible for the performance of the accounting system Visma
- Analyze and discuss Month-End results (Sales, COS, and OPEX) with the Business controller in HQ (Netherlands);
- Responsible for the yearly Audit of our Accountants (first point of contact).
- Reporting to the Finance Manager in HQ (Netherlands)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial management role
- Solid understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and tax compliance
- Proficient in financial software applications, such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the digital media or the advertising industry is a plus
