Payroll Consultant Experience: 5+ years Location: Gurgaon Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (only)
Job Description: Must have: The resources should have managed Payroll in the past with 4 to 5 years of experience and handled with a workforce of 500 plus employees and should have knowledge and proficiency in working on SAP HR module. Should have experience in HR payroll compliance handling Should have worked on outsourced payroll model and be proficient in using online tools of vendor Very good excel and MIS knowledge IN SCOPE and Detailed List of activities Payroll Management (Including Expat and Trainees) – Management & validation of payroll cycle starting with preparation of payroll inputs, checking outputs, coordinating with vendor, making the bank files, executing final payments and final intimation to employees. Along with payroll cycle manage the year end activity like Form-16, Investment Proof Submission, etc. for all employees. The Expat Payroll Validation and Payout . 100% adherence to payroll calendar and accuracy SAP/HRIS data updation with 100% accuracy Employee related letters MIS - Preparation of MIS for all the 3 entities and providing the required reports/data to HRBPs, C&B, Finance, Auditors, etc. on regular basis or on demand. P File management Retirals and other Benefit related payments on monthly basis along with finance team – PF, PT, ESIC, IW, NPS, SAF, Gratuity, etc, Exit Management and payroll processing Employee Queries - Manage various employee/ex-employee queries and also ensure closure as per internal SLAs set. The queries can be related to benefits, payroll, retrials, etc. and require quite amount of information gathering and coordination before it can be resolved.
