Executive or Sr. Executive HR & General Affairs
Required Experience
Experience up to 5 years in Human Resource work. experience in the Manufacturing company is must.
Educational Qualification
MPM & Diploma in Industrial Safety Last priority is MBA
Required Skills
Knowledge of Labor laws
Hands on experience in payroll processing
Able to communicate in English
Expert in Word/Excel & PowerPoint
Role
Assistance in recruitment
Assistance in Training & Development
- Preparation of letters (Appointment Relieving Experience etc.)
- Can be handle onboarding activities independently
- Implementation of HR policies
- Handling recruitment of contract employees
- Required to handle attendance system.
- Required knowledge of leave calculation Bonus LTA
- Provide support in company events or activities
- Compliance related to salary & wages
- Independently handle payroll processing full & final working
- Able to work on various type of data
- Processing of VISA for foreign travelers.
- Maintain Monitor & Execute employee data as per policy
- Control of Transportation company for employees (Bus Taxi Hotel Flight Ticket booking)
- International Courier booking & Tracking
- Monthly Bills checking of flight cab booking related services
Required Attribute
- Proven experience as HR Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of handling employee grievances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
