Job Overview : As a Retention Specialist you will be responsible for managing and improving customer retention rates by developing and implementing strategies to keep existing customers satisfied and loyal to the companys products or services. You will work closely with other departments to analyse customer feedback identify areas for improvement and implement retention initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Proactively reach out to existing customers to understand their needs address concerns and provide personalized support.

2. Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and insights that inform retention efforts.

3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including customer support marketing and product development to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.

4. Design and execute targeted campaigns to reengage inactive or atrisk customers.

5. Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

6. Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

7. Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
