Job description

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team with a leading Startup Organization based out in Delhi. Overview of Role: Position Overview: This role uniquely leverages your Brand Marketing Experience to drive digital marketing strategies using consumer insights and harnessing them with technology backend. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand marketing, a keen understanding of creative marketing strategies, and a strong inclination towards technology. As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance our brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Overview of Key Duties: As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance our brand visibility and drive customer engagement, utilizing insights gained from experiments and consumer data.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Innovative Marketing Strategies:

Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies integrating experimental approaches to enhance brand awareness and promote our products/services to the target audience.

Creative Content Development:

Generate compelling and experimental marketing content, including but not limited to, social media posts, blogs, videos, and graphics, to engage our audience and increase brand loyalty. Continuously test different content formats and styles to identify the most effective approaches.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize consumer insights and experiment results to inform marketing strategies. Analyse consumer behaviour data, feedback, and experimental outcomes to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance customer experiences. Experiments and Testing:

Plan and conduct marketing experiments to test hypotheses and gather actionable data. Implement A/B testing, user surveys, and other experimental methods to understand consumer preferences and behaviour.

Digital Marketing:

Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM for experimentation purposes. Test different ad formats, targeting options, and messaging to optimize conversion rates and customer engagement.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with product development, sales, and design teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and product launches. Share insights from experiments to inform product development and user experience enhancements.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adapt marketing strategies, conduct relevant experiments, and identify new opportunities.

Technology Integration:

Explore and implement innovative marketing technologies and tools to optimize marketing processes and improve overall efficiency. Stay current with emerging technologies that can be utilized for experimental marketing initiatives.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and campaigns, incorporating insights gained from experiments to refine brand messaging and visuals.

Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Experience in brand marketing, preferably in a D2C or B2C or e-commerce environment, with a strong focus on experimental marketing and data-driven decision making. Strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique marketing concepts. Tech-savvy individual with a good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, especially those related to experimental marketing and consumer insights analysis. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, specifically related to experimental outcomes and consumer behaviour insights. Results-driven with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and KPIs through innovative experimental strategies.
