Job description
Urgently hiring a Telecaller Executive at a Kerala based Company with good communication skills in Malayalam.
Office location: Padinjarathara Wayanad Kerala
- Responsible for regular office activities and Telecalling as per the provided Database.
- Freshers are also welcome if suits the criteria.
- Discuss with potential customers to inform them of the company s offerings and services.
- Ensure the prospects are aware of the brand along the journey and influence them to enter the sales funnel.
- Engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company s merchandise or services which they subsequently relay to the relevant divisions to improve the user experience.
- Responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone
- Duties include gathering information from the target market following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for followup actions.

Requirements
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
