Job description
- Support an efficient and effective client acceptance, continuation and exit process in line with Group policies and procedures and local regulatory requirements.
- Support implementation and drive adherence to Group and local AML/CFT and Sanctions policies, procedures, systems and controls, including the operation of TMF s risk-based approach across all lines of business and services.
- Support business teams in execution of CDD/ KYC related tasks and duties
- Monitor, support and coordinate KYC process and related documents collection, assessment and filing.
- Acts as a main point of contact for TMF Group Compliance Centre and ensure all CDD/ KYC required information/ documentation is comprehensive and processed on a timely basis.
- Actively contribute to improvement of CDD/KYC awareness and overall risk & compliance culture across business teams; provide training and ad-hoc support;
- Keep abreast and support Local/ Market Management teams to assess the impact of local regulatory changes on related risk & compliance requirements and business activities;
- Assist Senior Risk & Compliance Officer for other projects / tasks related to the improvement of the local risk & compliance framework.
Data Privacy and Information Security
- Support Country Privacy Lead on data protection compliance matters from operational side, including incident management procedure and other compliance projects with TMF Group Data Protection Policies and local privacy laws.
- Support Local Security Officer on information security management system compliance matters, including the implementation and drive adherence to TMF Group and local information security related policies, procedures, systems and controls.
