Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team at Caliber Connect HR Services. As a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the residential real estate market. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Thane, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in residential real estate sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong business development and networking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Sound knowledge of the residential real estate market
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach residential real estate targets
- Identify and engage potential customers by utilizing various channels and networking
- Present and promote residential properties to prospective buyers
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the residential real estate industry
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and enhance knowledge
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the management
