WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS

  • Own the Pamp;L end to end for Slurrp Farm and Mille on marketplace channels
  • Spearhead revenue growth per channel through budget allocation, primary and secondary sales estimation and monitoring key business levers
  • Build relationships with partner channel POCs to drive business growth and build strategic partnerships
  • Identify and implement key marketing strategies monthly and track ROI per channel
  • Work closely with the brand, operations, logistics and finance teams to drive business

ROLE RELATED COMPETENCIES

  • Experience - You bring a deep understanding of e-commerce marketplaces with past experience in or deal with Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket amp; Q-Commerce channels.
  • Analytical skills - You are able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insights from it. Exhibit a probing mind and achieve penetrating insight. Display quantitative rigor in developing strategies, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • ROI seeker - You're able to strategically plan and monitor your campaigns very closely. Efficiently spend marketing budget with the goal to maximize RoI and reach.
  • Organisation/Planning - Your ability to plan, be organized and be on top of schedules is exceptional. You are proactive, focus on key priorities.

  • Where have you been
  • You will have 6-9 years of prior experience in a top notch organization, or with a great boss whom you have learnt a lot from.
  • You have demonstrated prior experience e-commerce, account management and driving sales. You are well versed with scaling business and want the ownership of being the key driver for an exciting young brand.
