Overview:
The role of Axis BPO Process (Inbound/Outbound Sales/AV DeskInsurance Profile) is crucial to the organization as it involves interacting with potential and existing customers to sell insurance products provide service and address inquiries. This position plays a key role in contributing to the revenue and growth of the insurance business through effective sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote insurance products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about insurance policies and coverage options.
- Assess customers insurance needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the businesss revenue goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the AV Desk team to handle insurancerelated transactions and provide support as needed.
- Follow up with prospective customers to secure sales and maintain customer relationships.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in the insurance industry.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights and best practices for improved sales performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in inbound or outbound sales preferably in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong understanding of insurance products policies and industry regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and handle objections from customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other salesrelated software.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the business needs.
