Building out our Customer Success and Technical organization is a critical part of our growth strategy so it is an exciting opportunity to come in and make a huge impact at an exciting company
Responsibilities include
Full cycle recruiting across a range of Customer Success roles and Technical roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to develop target profiles
Drive creative sourcing strategies to build pipeline
Manage the hiring process to ensure great candidate and hiring manager experience
Be a trusted partner and advisor to the hiring managers across your organization
Manage ATS and associated data to enable automated insights into analytics
Desired Qualifications
8+ years recruiting experience hiring Customer Support and Technical roles in software companies
Ideally from a SaaS background - any Storage, Cloud, AI experience highly desirable
Self sufficient
Used to high growth in a startup environment
Comfortable managing full life cycle recruiting
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Collaborative approach to getting things done
Growth mindset
Ideal candidate will have flexibility to work at least partial U.S. hours 1- 2 days a week
