Job Title: Fresher Customer Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic female candidate to join our Customer Service team as a Fresher Customer Service representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. As a key member of our team you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving our business success.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
• Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns through effective problemsolving techniques
• Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport and maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude
• Manage customer accounts update information and process orders or requests
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and policies
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices

Qualifications:

• Must be a female candidate
• No prior experience required freshers are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and requests
