Ultimately, their dedication to student well-being and success contributes significantly to a positive and fulfilling educational experience also by offering a safe and confidential space for students to discuss personal challenges and educational concerns, providing emotional support and connecting them with appropriate resources when needed. The Student Relationship Team is responsible for counseling, offering an overall delightful journey to the students. · Assisting students in the student journey · Post Enrollment support for students- Onboarding students, explaining Miles’s offerings · Handling Queries, escalations for students · Getting referrals and converting them into enrolments. · Ensure collection of outstanding fees from parents within the specified time. · Ensure a smooth student journey from start to end at Miles by taking care of associated administrative Activities. · Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance's.
