Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing/ Performance Specialist at Analogyx, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimising digital marketing strategies across various online channels. Your design experience will be invaluable in creating engaging visual content, and your content writing skills will be essential in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives with overall marketing efforts.
- Define content development, syndication, distribution, and link-building strategies.
Content Creation:
- Generate engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and SEO best practices.
- Develop a content calendar to maintain consistency and relevance.
- Advise on content types, topics, and keywords to explore to maximise clients' search rankings.
Design Skills:
- Utilise graphic design tools to create visually appealing marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all design elements.
- Create/ Collaborate with teams or freelancers as needed.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and oversee social media platforms, including content creation, planning, posting, and engagement.
- Build and maintain a social media calendar to align with overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Craft and manage PPC campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and ABM platforms.
SEO and SEM:
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search engines.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic.
- Draft detailed SEO site audits and reports through a technical, content and off-site lens to ensure that they consistently adhere to SEO best practices.
- Develop Monthly, quarterly, annually project-level SEO strategies designed to maximise performance across Technical, Content and Off-site SEO to achieve business goals.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and lead nurturing.
- Segment email lists for targeted communication and personalised content.
- Monitor email performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and lead quality.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Track and report budget utilisation, providing insights for optimization.
Lead Generation:
- Implement lead generation strategies across digital channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead conversion.
- Analyse lead data to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.
- Demonstrated ability to Lead Generation techniques.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse digital marketing performance.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimise campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of B2B experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on B2B digital marketing
- Proven track record in executing successful B2B marketing campaigns, particularly in digital platforms known for B2B engagement.
- Excellent content writing skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Online Marketing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively market products and services online
- Experience in the IT solutions/Services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
