Job description
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs in quality inspection of Fabrication equipment & its parts, structural fabrication work.
Work location: Rajapur, Pune (on Satara road)
Gender: Male
Salary: Based on candidate’s knowledge & interview ranging between 20k – 25k CTC per month. Benefits: PF, ESIC, Annual Bonus, Performance Based Increments etc.
Job profile:
Experience in inspection of Fabrication equipment, structural fabrication work, Machined components & its parts.
Knowledge about Inward inspection, inprocess inspection & able to read drawings.
Review all special inspection and material testing performed by third parties.
Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis, identify critical control points and preventive measures, establish critical limits, monitor procedures, corrective actions, verify procedures and monitor inventories.
Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations
Maintain record of qualified procedures and operators. Re-validate the welder/ Welding process once in a year.
Maintain record for all type of Process of product Non-conformance / Corrective Action reports whenever any person from company notices non-conformance.

First Round – Aptitude Test
Second Round – Personal Interview with the Quality Head/Designated Partner
