Summary Of Position : Looking for professionals who will be the key members of Infozechs Product DevOps team and to lead the project from start to completion. He/She will be responsible for the delivery of the product(s) as per the customer specifications, automated functional and non-functional testing of the deployed products, and subsequent release and deployment Responsibilities : - Regular interactions with the customer facing Product Management team to understand product specifications - Creating high-level product requirement documents based on the Product specifications - Developing products using Infozechs Low Code Application Platform as per specifications above - Creating comprehensive unit test cases to ensure delivery of a high-quality product - Meticulous recording and tracking of issues discovered in unit and regression testing in bug/defect tracking system - Preparation of the software release to be deployed on test and production environments. - Employing standard automation techniques and frameworks for faster and error-free deployment - Using a configuration management tool for source code management - Implementing integrations requested by customers. - Deploying updates and fixes on various services, using standard automation techniques wherever possible. - Providing Level 2 & Level 3 technical support and doing troubleshooting - Investigation and solving technical issues in the product - Developing and customizing software to integrate with internal and external applications. - Keeping self-updated with technology upgrades and employing them in the product and allied systems. - Provide guidance to team(technical & Non-Technical), to help team for product based configuration and setup - Ability to have detailed conversations with clients and other stakeholders to understand business requirements - Should be able to work onsite/offsite as per project requirements Required Skills & Experience : - The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, a quick learner, and be able to adapt to changes. - Should have innovative thinking and be self-driven. - The candidate must be organized and analytical, adept in working in a team environment, and having effective communication skills. Technical skills Mandatory :- Good understanding of JavaScript & NodeJS - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Good team handling skills and possess high team spirit - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Understanding of database concepts and data models - Good knowledge of the standard software development life cycle, source code control systems, bug/defect tracking tools, etc.- Project release upgrades/Release deployment at various environments - Able to install/setup product/project & related configuration (by using provided user guide) - Good software debugging skills. - Ability to comprehend and create formal documents. - Should be able to translate a formal specs document to a design or low-level implementation document Good to have :- Working knowledge of Mongo DB - Knowledge of Linux shell scripting and scripting languages for configuration and automation - Knowledge of CI/CD tools for automatic release and deployment - Customer orientation - Open to learning new platforms & technologies - Knowledge of creating Project Status Reports as needed (ref:hirist.tech)
