Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As the Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CFO's office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in financial knowledge, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital tools.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and investors.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the finance department and across the organization.
• Organize and maintain financial records, files, and documentation.
• Perform data analysis and research as needed to support financial decision-making.
• Assist in preparing financial presentations and reports for board meetings and investor relations.
• Assist the CFO in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to support strategic financial planning.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by the CFO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the quality of financial reports and other documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and prepare clear and concise reports.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
