Responsibilities
Strategic Roles and Responsibilities - Facilitate development of strategic digital vision, roadmaps, business cases and goals in partnership with digital leadership team and appropriate stakeholders.
- Define the strategic objectives, goals, and right sized processes to drive effective Project Management and Value Management of the digital journey
- Define strategy for effective branding of Digital services and solutions with the internal customers
- Establish key performance indicators to effectively measure the overall Vendor performance
Partner Management and Engagement - Collaborate in partner identification, evaluation, selection and contracting processes for critical projects in the BU
- Track partner performance through scorecards and ensure reward/recognition/penalty plans are in place
- Ensure SLA adherence with the partners for any issues/ request raised with the partners
- Define/Execute partner governance framework
Project Governance & PMO - Establish right sized processes for effectively program managing digital projects;
- Partner with Digital leadership team to make recommendations on project viability in terms of budgeting, timeline estimation and resource requirements
- Conduct exhaustive project governance meetings and periodic reviews at pre-established critical project milestones
- Ensure timely completion of projects within allocated budgets and with quality outcomes; Act as advisor/ escalation point to resolve project bottlenecks
Be lead facilitator for developing/executing workforce strategy to have right size, right shape, right skills, right location and right cost.
Qualifications Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Higher Degree in relevant field (Computer Science or related, Organizational Change management)
Experiences - Minimum 12 years of overall experience with experience in a similar position for mid-sized/large company
- Demonstrated ability in defining digitally integrated business strategies, including developing business cases.
- Strong project management experience (Agile and Waterfall) and organizational change management experience
- Must have exposure of managing large scale transformation projects and seasoned understanding of change management
- Robust understanding of application life cycle management, change control & problem management processes
Must have demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate strategy and governance across variety of disciplines
