The Experience

What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s team ?
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders on all aspects related to IT project portfolio - business case and project intake, resource planning, project prioritization, project status tracking and value realization
- Define, develop and support solutions / tools for managing the IT project portfolio
- Analyze project data and provide metrics and reports to IT leadership that drive actions to improve our project management capabilities.
- Provide reporting capabilities to support the IT project capitalization and R&D tax credit requirements
- Also supporting the existing tools
Who are you…
You are a Technical Specialist -
- Understand and apply information technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities
- Apply conceptual knowledge and technology to unravel business processes and fix procedural problems
- Lead and/or perform the design, build and testing of business applications and architecture in line with agreed time frames, business requirements and global standards
You connect the dots -
- Drive day to day business requirements according to Global Sla
- Review solutions to address business requirements considering priorities and resources available and ensure timely delivery of the solutions
- Ensure the accurate use of IT tools project management GIT 5 step project management methodology to comply of information technology governance practices and conduct audit
You are a collaborator -
- Build and develop positive relationships with GIT peers, business partners, customers and external resources
- Coordinate / support / lead projects and design frameworks
You are an innovator -
- Identify and assess new technologies in Test, process Automation, machine learning and concepts that can add value to the business
What you’ll need…(Required)
- 4+ years of experience in SAP, GRC Tools.
- Hands on experience working on various project and portfolio management tools
- Has worked on proposing and developing technical solutions and driving POCs, partnering with the vendor teams. Ability to present the same to the stakeholders
- Managing risks relating to information technology.
- Developing standard operating procedures for IT systems to ensure compliance with corporate governance
- Supporting Active Control Tool
- Experience with
- Able to design technical specification documents
- Ready to innovate and Possesses strong learning agility
What you’ll need…(Preferred)
- Understanding of SAP modules (Supply Chain, FI, O2I, etc.) is preferable
