2. Experience : 7 - 10 Years in IT Infrastructure, Architecture, Hardware Networking & Troubleshooting, System Administration
3. Experience in Implementing & Handling ERP [ Preferred ]

1. Design and Implement IT Policies, Security Policies
2. Maintain Smooth IT Support for All End Users
3. IT Inventory Management
4. Maintenance and Upkeep of All IT Infrastructure
5. Identify Scope and Develop of New IT Infrastructure and Automation Across Production and User Points
6. Keep Organization Update on Latest IT Utilities and Relevant Technology Advancement
7. IT Vendor Management and Procurement SOP
8. Establish SLA for Internal Services
9. Prepare and Manage IT Budget
10. Team Development and IT Training to Upskill Users
