Job Description:

The Admin Cum HR Assistant is expected to manage both administrative and human resource tasks. This dual role involves office management, staff coordination, and handling basic HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources executives.
Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, corporate events, etc.
Communicate with public services when necessary.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary and maintain a company calendar.
