Job description

Job Title: Inside Sales Manager - Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

- Lead inside sales efforts to achieve targets in the Karnataka banking sector.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

- Identify and nurture potential clients through proactive outreach.

- Collaborate with marketing and external teams to optimize sales outcomes.

- Provide regular performance reports and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.

- Graduation from a recognized university.

- Proven success in inside sales, preferably in the banking sector.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of Karnataka's banking and financial sector.

Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 2.5 to 3.75 LPA
