Job Summary As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our real estate business through fieldwork. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and guiding them through the farm land acquisition process.
Job Description We are looking for a dynamic 'Real estate sales executive' passionate about sales, growth, and earning.
- Conducting market research to identify potential real estate opportunities.
- Responsible for planning and overseeing new marketing initiative
- Responsible to convert potential leads to till sales closer.
- Assisting Site visits for the buyer along with team members.
- Post visit provide all support to ensure smooth closure of the deal on paper as per Team managers guidance.
- Everyday follow-up, track all assigned leads
- Managing good customer relationships & be a great team player
- Good to have: 2-wheeler
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication/Negotiation skills /Customer handling skills / Decision-making skills.

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays
