About the Role:

YZERLY is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer with experience in TOEIC training to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to deliver high-quality TOEIC training and contribute to the professional development of our clients.

Proven experience in TOEIC training is Mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop TOEIC-focused training materials and curriculum.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Identify areas of improvement for each participant.
• Address specific challenges in listening, reading, speaking, and writing
• Provide constructive feedback to participants to enhance their language skills.
• Customize training materials to cater to different learning styles.
• Track and assess the progress of participants in language proficiency.

Requirements:

• TOEIC Certification
• A minimum of  5 years of experience in TOEIC training with Corporate Organisations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to design and implement effective training strategies.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
