Key Responsibilities

• It’s an Individual Contributor role.
• Executing work according to SLA's / KPIs for documentation
• Communicate with appropriate internal/external team members.
• Should have a customer and business centric approach.
• Providing ideas for improvements and takes initiatives in the process improvements and automation projects.
• Shall be able to work independently and present results of own work to the
  team.
• Has some functional knowledge and understanding of the overall business.
  

Who are we looking for?

• Graduate with 2 – 5yrs of Customer Service Experience
• Graduates with excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of the E2E shipping cycle (Added advantage)
• Structured and has a high attention to quality.
• Contributes with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit .
• Flexible to work in rotational shift.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation.
• Cross learning capability and supporting team as and when required and supporting in being an engaged team member.

Technical Skills
• Well versed with computer and MS office application like: Excel, Word, and Power Point etc
• Good typing speed
