As a Senior ERP Developer (HR) for Digital and Information Technology, you will be collaborating with stakeholders and agile teams to create and maintain a compelling HCM applications.
You will be collaborating with the teams to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance, and deploying and implementing suitable solutions.
You will work closely with teams located in the US, EMEA and APAC.

The Senior ERP Developer will work on multiple projects to assist with design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of HR applications. Candidate should possess knowledge of PeopleSoft and/or like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products and have full project lifecycle experience on multiple projects deployed PeopleSoft and/or other ERP solutions.
Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of HR system, including design, build, and testing of the system.
Provide specific knowledge and assistance to the business in utilizing, maintaining, modifying, and implementing best-practices of the ERP.
Maintain data integrity and security protocols
Coordinates with managers and users to identify systems problems; assesses severity of the issues and prioritizes responses as appropriate.
Provide advance troubleshooting to determine source of problems and advice on appropriate resolution.
Develops and maintains standard report repository and builds ad-hoc SQL-based reports as required; work across the functions to define and develop customized reporting.
Supervises system and data analysis, and the development and preparation of technical documentation by Systems Analysts on products and applications to understand functional design requirements.
Demonstrate knowledge in HCM modules, ELM, Benefits, Payroll and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Ten or more years of experience in software engineering or operating systems programming with degree.
8 plus years of experience in Peoplesoft HRMS is required and knowledge of migrating to other HR Systems will be advantage.
Experience in one or more ERP-HR platforms (PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, Workday etc.,)
Experience working with design and coding languages.
Experience working with software design principles.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
Ability to interact and work in a teaming environment.
Experience in Agile environment process and principles.
Experience working with internal and external team members in an Agile environment.
Experience with Agile management tools such as JIRA preferred.
