Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ludhiana. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for creating sales strategies and collaborating with the marketing team to promote the company's services.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs
• Negotiation and Networking skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
