Detailed description: As the SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist, your mission is to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our organization's assets and equipment through effective maintenance practices. You will be responsible for overseeing preventive, general, and breakdown maintenance activities, as well as implementing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) measures. Your expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance will be instrumental in optimizing maintenance processes, integrating purchasing with work orders, and driving continuous improvement in asset management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for preventive maintenance, general maintenance, and timely response to breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance asset reliability.
- Utilize your SAP Plant Maintenance knowledge to configure, customize, and maintain the system to meet specific maintenance requirements.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams, operations, and other stakeholders to gather maintenance needs, identify improvement opportunities, and provide solutions to optimize asset performance.
- Ensure seamless integration of purchasing processes with work orders, enabling efficient procurement of maintenance materials and services.
- Lead the implementation and integration of Signavio and Tricentis tools to enhance process automation and streamline maintenance workflows.
- Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA measures to address recurring issues.
- Provide expertise and guidance on maintenance best practices, safety standards, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Experience Required:
- Proven track record with 8-10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and asset management.
- Extensive knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies, general maintenance practices, and breakdown maintenance response.
- Hands-on experience with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) procedures to address maintenance-related issues effectively.
- Strong understanding of purchasing integration with work orders for streamlined procurement of maintenance materials and services.
- Experience in leading and implementing SAP Plant Maintenance projects, driving continuous improvement in asset management.
Technical and Functional Competencies:
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance module, including system configuration, Master Data, integration, and optimization for various maintenance activities.
- In-depth knowledge of preventive maintenance planning, task lists, maintenance schedules, and condition-based maintenance strategies including master data.
- Familiarity with breakdown maintenance processes, including work notifications, work orders, and priority-based response procedures.
- Expertise in integrating purchasing processes with maintenance activities to ensure efficient material management.
- Hands-on experience in using Signavio and Tricentis tools for process modeling and test automation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Operations or a related field
- SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance module (PM) is preferred.
