Now that we ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications were looking for in a candidate:
- 2+ years experience in a sales quota closing role
- Willing and able to work the U.S. EST time zone
- Strong experience in conducting product walk-throughs over video calls
- A demonstrated ability to understand and apply effective inbound prospecting strategies and techniques
- Data-driven, and experienced in building and running a pipeline using Salesforce or other CRM
- Demonstrated history of resilience, curiosity, optimism, and a solutions-oriented mentality
- A track record of overachieving defined sales quota and other sales performance metrics
- Experienced in articulating a product s value and ROI effectively to clients
- A desire to win, doesn t believe in settling, and finds motivation in temporary setbacks
- Bonus points for familiarity with the short-term rental market
