- Recruiter Job Location - Delhi Experience - 1 - 3 Years About Company - IT has been providing a variety of Human Resources Solutions. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers and clients to determine staffing requirements and priorities. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, etc. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Collect and maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to facilitate successful placements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.Job tags
