Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to contribute in generating sales for our
company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer
relationships.
An effective BDM must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable
presenting products personally or services over the phone and as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
ï'· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or
ï'· Going on Cold calls.
ï'· Answer questions about products or the company
ï'· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
ï'· Enter and update customer information in the database
ï'· Take and process orders in an accurate manner
ï'· Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

ï'· Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
ï'· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
ï'· MBA or any degree in business administration or a related field
ï'· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the
organization
ï'· Excellent Organizational and team-handling skills
ï'· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
ï'· Strong business sense and industry expertise
ï'· Farming & Hunting Role is Mandatory
ï'· Candidates should be comfortable with the cold calling.
ï'· Minimum of 500 Clients in pipeline or should create one.
ï'· Candidate should be comfortable with Daily, weekly and Monthly reporting.
ï'· Monthly reviews and Quarterly reviews are mandatory.


WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening
work.
