Description
To function as the Business Manager for the Hotel, to ensure that Food & Beverage operates successfully, in accordance with the standards of the hotel and are profitable.
To ensure that the hotel activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy.
To ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
To monitor all operations, especially during peak business periods.
To make sure that delivery of Purposeful Service and the Hyatt Place Brand Standards are implemented.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or F&B Manager in a large property.
Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
