Job Overview
Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in sports entertainment, is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join our team. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of guest service management and hospitality industry practices
- Proficiency in operations and cash handling
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude and a team player.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide accurate information about the company and its offerings
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues
- Manage guest reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle cash transactions and manage the guest billing process
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest areas
- Assist in organizing and hosting events
- Stay updated with company promotions, offerings, and new attractions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests
