Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

• Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Manage online campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

1. Content Creation and Optimization:

• Develop compelling and engaging content for various digital channels.
• Optimize website content to improve user experience and drive organic traffic.

1. Social Media Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and analyze performance metrics.

1. SEO/SEM:

• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to increase website traffic and conversion rates.

1. Email Marketing:

• Plan and execute email campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements.

1. Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
