Job Overview:

We are seeking Counter Sales candidates for one of our clients for Jewelry Shop. This position involves assisting customers showcasing jewelry products and completing sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry strong communication skills and the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting items by providing information about products features material and care. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Recommend and showcase jewelry items based on customer preferences.
• Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends materials and designs.
• Demonstrate indepth knowledge of the showrooms product range.
• Handle cash credit card and other payment methods.
• Ensure the showroom displays are wellmaintained and visually appealing.
• Adhere to security protocols to prevent theft and loss. Report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly.
• Should be able to design and execute unique marketing strategies across social media and other marketing channels.

Job Requirements:

• HSCC pass or Any Graduate.
• Previously worked in Jewelry Showroom will be an added advantage.
• Preferred age group between 25 to 40 years
• Minimum 1 year experience in any retail sales.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to handle daily counter Sales operations and client servicing.

Timing: 10.00 am to 8.00 pm
