Job description
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 6- 10 years experience in Azure Devops
Expert in managing diverse infrastructures using IAC like Terraform.
• Hands-on experience in working as devops, being familiar with shell scripts and configuration management systems, especially on the Kubernetes platfom (Helm, Customise,...)
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitOps, Argocd , Atlantis )
• Hands-on experience in operating Kubernetes Azure AKS clusters using helm ,Argocd ,Atlantis ,Terraform etc.
• Hands-on experience in cloud provider, I.e., Azure (The applicant should to have AWS Certification is beneficial.)
• Strong demonstratable experience in cloud migration of on-prem applications. Experience in migrating /modernization of Applications and Data. Expertise in at least one cloud platform (Azure).
• create custom scripts to automate support processes where applicable Ability to Power off/ Down the un-used VMs Ability to identify issues at Azure level and resolve.
• Strong experience in implementing, monitoring and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Network and Security
• Create and manage swap space on deployed cloud system per customer policies In support of the deployed cloud systems and environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Azure environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.
• Strong understanding and background of working with a complex Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP and the requirement of strictly following standards, procedures, and processes
• Strong knowledge of Backup, Restore, Recovery and high availability strategies for Microsoft Azure environments.
• Collaborate with application development, network/security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration within the production environment, including validation planning, validation testing coordination, and reporting production readiness for deployment.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues, responsible for communicating with all impacted parties the status and resolution of all issues.
• Ability to follow standard change management processes. Document and evaluate the impact of required changes to the various systems. Plan, schedule, and communicate changes to be implemented.
• Manage and administer the following systems , O365, SharePoint, Jira, and Zoom
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Strong demonstratable experience in cloud migration of on-prem applications. Experience in migrating /modernization of Applications and Data. Expertise in at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• You will be customer-facing (when we are able) to implement DevOps processes and tools for the delivery of IaaS and PaaS services using IaC in the public cloud for enterprise-scale customers
• Hands-on experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Git LabEE pipelines.
• Excellent AWS DevOps and / or SysOps skills with demonstrated knowledge with 'infrastructure as code' using HashiCorp's Terraform
• Experience with gitops architecture and tools like ArgoCD
• Creating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLabEE pipelines.
• Applying cloud technologies, primarily AWS, for infrastructure deployment and management.
• Employing Kubernetes, Helm Charts, and Terraform for containerization and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience developing software with golang, especially if writing kubernetes operators.
• Utilizing Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Integrating code analysis tools like SonarQube and Fortify for continuous improvement.
• Maintaining knowledge of certificates and SSL for secure deployments.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting pipeline and deployment issues.
• Knowledge and experience in utilising CD tools like Argo CD for continuous deployment.
• Troubleshoot checking PODs, Services, Endpoints, Ingress, Jobs, Memory/CUP consumption, Deployment YMAL and Helm chart.
• Download the Stable Helm Chart and modify according to project requirement.
