Overview:
The Customer Service BIRLA PRESALES plays a crucial role in providing exceptional presales support to customers maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This position requires strong customer service skills attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide accurate product or service information.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless presales process.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals quotes and contracts.
- Manage and update customer records and sales processes in the CRM system.

- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Coordinate with the postsales support team to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or presales role.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
