Inside Sales Campaign & Database Manager

Role Summary: The Inside Sales Campaign and Database Manager at Clarion Technologies is a strategic and execution role focused on optimizing our inside sales efforts. The primary responsibility will be to plan and execute sales campaigns targeting specific databases, industry verticals, and timeframes. This role requires a deep understanding of sales dynamics and database management to effectively guide a team of 15 Business advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Planning & Strategy:

Develop comprehensive inside sales plans targeting specific databases and industry verticals. Determine optimal call timeframes and frequencies to maximize engagement and conversions. Stay informed on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and tactics.

2. Database Management for Sales:

Manage and segment databases to target the most promising leads effectively. Ensure database integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. Utilize data analytics to refine sales strategies and target specific market segments.

3. Team Management & Support:

Lead and mentor a team of 15 SDRs, providing them with clear objectives and strategies. Develop and implement calling scripts and communication guidelines. Monitor SDR performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to optimize results.

4. Campaign Execution & Analysis:

Oversee the execution of sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights on outcomes and areas for improvement. Implement continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in inside sales, database management, and team leadership. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools. Especially Fresh Sales & Apollo.io Familiarity with sales and marketing analytics platforms. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution of sales campaigns.

Minimum 5+ years of experience In the domain
