Job Responsibilities

As the operational head of The Chambers you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and overall success of our exclusive business clubs across multiple locations. You are essentially run the entire operations of this exclusive business club in conjunction with the Business Head. This leadership position requires a visionary individual with a strong background in hospitality management, business development, and a deep understanding of the corporate clientele.

. Liaising with all The Chambers Managers to ensure proper functioning of The Chambers

. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, emphasizing professionalism and a commitment to excellence

. Mentor a high-performing team of managers and support staff

. Implement and enforce standardised operating procedures to maintain high levels of synergy & consistency across all locations

. Ensuring The Chambers brand and Ethos is followed across all locations

. Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and member satisfaction

. Work closely with the AVP - The Chambers to develop and execute the strategic vision for The Chambers, aligning with the overall direction of the organization

. Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure the business clubs contribute to the overall success and brand image of the company

. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to make informed strategic decisions

. Food & Beverage

o Ensure that Food & Beverage mission is established and instilled in all team members.

o Standardisation of Food & Beverage Offerings

o Product Standardisation

o Manpower Management & Training

o Recommend changes or innovations in policies, procedures and equipment

o Aware of what the competition is doing the make sure we are up to date at all times

. Member Experience:

o Ensure that The Chambers provides an unparalleled experience for its members, exceeding expectations regarding service, ambience, and exclusive offerings

o Implement feedback mechanisms to gather member input and continuously improve services

o Complaint management and escalation

. Back End

o Oversee database management in conjunction with the team

o Oversee Member Migrations

o Oversee the Central Collection Cell and assist in streamlining the outstandings position for The Chambers

. Rendezvous Events

o Curating engaging experiences for our members under different genres - culinary, literary, engaging, etc.

o Creating relationships with Beverage companies and F & B Companies to curate differentiated experiences for our members

o Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and member companies, fostering long-term partnerships and driving sponsorship sales

o Month End Reports

. The Chambers Series Events, Other Member Engagements

o Work with individual managers to create engaging member events through the year - from Chef's tables, masterclasses, etc.

. The Chambers Concierge

o Overseeing the functioning of The Chambers Concierge and liaising with the Manager to ensure smooth functioning

o Analysing daily reports, monthly reviews

o Work with the team to improve customer service by integrating obtained feedback and personal judgment into action plans

o Facilitate the development of creative solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure implementation to improve guest satisfaction results continually

Job Requirements

. Minimum of 8-9 years experience

. Must have working knowledge of all aspects of hotel F&B and Sales.

. Hotel Management Graduate or Graduate from any other discipline.
